Our belief and passion in sustainable agriculture is the prime motivator behind our families tradition: we produce and market ecologically certified extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. Bordered by the Gulf of Patras, our olive groves are located in the west of Greece between Nafpaktos and Mesolongi,. Here we grow two olive tree varieties typical for the region. The Koutsourelia is a very fruity, mild oil and the Kounroneiki with its likewise fruity, but aromatically distinct aroma are combined to produce our unique ELEAS olive oil. Both traditional and modern technologies are combined as part of the harvesting and immediate processing right here on our estate. The processing is exclusively with mechanical methods, without the use of heat. Our oil is then stored in cool, airtight barrels, where it is protected from light.
