The Innovation Award highlights the best new product at Taste of Tavola 2023.
The showcase in Hall 5 of the participating products is the perfect base to discover the new products at the fair.

There will be 2 awards on Tuesday evening, 26 September:

Innovation Award: awarded by the professional jury, based on a dossier explaining the innovation
Public Choice Award: as a visitor, vote for the product of your choice until Tuesday 26 September at 2 p.m. and help decide who wins the Taste of Tavola Public Choice Award!

Winners Golden Tavola 2022

The prestigious Golden Tavola competition is organised every 2 years on the occasion of the international trade fair Tavola. (upcoming edition of Tavola: 17-19 March 2024)

The Golden Tavola honours Tavola's most outstanding innovations after 2 extensive rounds of judging. During these, the entries are studied, tasted and judged in all their facets by leading buyers, category managers, product developers, brand specialists, journalists and other fine food professionals from the Benelux and Northern France.
